These terms govern bookings made with Global Elite Chauffeur, Thomsonstraat 89, 1171 ZG Badhoevedorp, Netherlands. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings and prices

Fares shown during booking are confirmed before you finalize your reservation. Airport transfers between Schiphol and Amsterdam are fixed-price; distance journeys are priced per kilometre with a minimum fare; hourly hire requires a minimum of three hours. Journeys between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a 10% night surcharge. All prices are subject to 9% VAT unless stated otherwise.

Airport pickups

We monitor your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting time after the actual landing time. Additional waiting time may be charged.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate journey and contact details and behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and vehicles. Damage or excessive soiling may be charged.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, road closures or flight disruptions, though we will always do our utmost to complete your journey.
